Dawlish Stamp Club

"To enable those who enjoy collecting stamps or studying stamp history to develop their hobby"

Who We Help, Why We Help & the Difference It Makes

Dawlish Stamp Club was established in 1979 and is affiliated to the Association of British Philatetic Societies and the Wessex Philatelic Federation.

If you are able to come along, you will receive support and encouragement from fellow members and benefit from opportunities to develop your hobby.

What Would You Like Now?

Choose one of the options below.

We're less of a charity or support group in terms of offering help , however we do provide opportunities for people to get involved, make friends, find new interests and interact socially with others which could in turn help to reduce feelings of isolation.

If you want  advice about stamps then we're pretty good at that too!

We are a small, friendly club and welcome those new to stamp collecting as well as experienced collectors.  We particularly welcome younger members and those who are new to the hobby.  We have a regular programme of events at meetings.  This includes talks, members' evenings, an annual auction (when philatelic material can often be acquired quite inexpensively) and social events.  There is usually a break for refreshments during the meeting when there is a chance to chat with other members.

If you are interested in joining the club or are visiting Dawlish and wish to attend then simply come to one of our meetings. You can find our calendar of events on our website. Alternatively contact the club secretary at wlusty@hotmail.com.

Additional Information

There is a moderate annual subscription which goes towards the cost of hiring the room we use in the Manor House.

We are based at The Manor House, Old Town Street, Dawlish, EX7 9AW and meet at 7.00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month except in August. Meetings usually last about two hours.

Inform the account owner of Dawlish Stamp Club that you'd like to see the "" field in their profile.

To do so, click the "Send Message" button below. This will send the profile's account owner a message just letting them know that someone would like them to update their profile. It's completely anonymous and it's just a friendly reminder for the project.
