We are always looking for volunteers to help support our group rides. This role would be perfect for someone who enjoys cycling and helping people. 

Opening Hours

  • Monday: 9:00 AM → 17:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM → 17:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM → 17:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM → 17:00 PM

Who is it for?

Cycling isa great way to improve fitness, well-being and confidence. Our rides are opento anyone who would like to improve or maintain their well-being. All abilitieswelcome.


What we offer

If youhaven't been on a bike for years, it can feel hard to get going. We offer arange of practical support to help you get back onto two wheels with the windin your hair:

Bike Mindedhas a hugely positive impact on the lives of our participants: 100% record apositive impact on their mental wellbeing; 85% feel fitter and healthier and79% say they now socialise more.

"As adisabled adult and long-time user of mental health services it's been reallyempowering to get an affordable bike, go on rides, meet other people and getsome exercise. It’s built my confidence...I am using my bike to get around townand I've signed up for a maintenance course so I can do repairs.
